1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of Numerika, an app published by an independent developer based in Colombia. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Numerika calculates numerology numbers with the classic Pythagorean method and shows readings about them. Some texts are written with artificial intelligence.

Entertainment and reflection only. Readings are interpretive. They are not certainties and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based only on them.

3. Age and account

You must be 18 or older. You can use the app as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for the data you enter, including that of other people in Compatibility, which you must be allowed to share.

4. Premium and payments

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) paid through Google Play or the App Store.
It renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can cancel and manage it in your store account (Google Play → Subscriptions). Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel it.
Free trials, if offered, become paid subscriptions when they end unless you cancel before.
Refunds follow the policies of Google Play or the App Store.
Prices are shown in the app and the store before you pay and may change; changes apply from the next period, with notice from the store.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for illegal purposes, do not try to access other people's data, interfere with the service or copy its content to redistribute it. You can report any reading you consider inappropriate with "Report this reading".

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, texts and brand belong to its owner. You may share the phrases and readings for personal use.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is offered "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made based on the readings or for interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Colombian law (Law 1480 of 2011).

8. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If we change them we will update the date above and, if the change is important, notify you in the app. Questions: hola@numerikaapp.com.
